A bit like our students, I found my true creative home at Best. A place to be who you want to be, to not be judged or pitched against others. A place where I’m supported and surrounded by like-minded people. I’ve been in the industry a long time and although it’s competitive and can be very critical, the environment where the best performers and productions are made is one that feels safe and allows freedom and confidence to grow.
