The Best Musical Theatre holiday camps are fun, inclusive, and a chance for young people that love musicals to be in a show.
Our holiday courses are open to everyone, there are no 'star' parts and no-one is just put in the chorus, whatever their age or ability. At every holiday camp we create a brand new musical from scratch, built around the talents, input and interests of our cast. We start with a theme, anything from Disney to Broadway, Shakespeare to Marvel. At the end of the week we perform a huge musical spectacular for family and friends at The Sandpit Theatre.
Enjoy a safe, non competitive and nurturing environment that boosts confidence and self -esteem, where creativity and talent can thrive.
TIMES
Usually from 10am - 4pm, Mon - Fri, with an early drop off option from 8am. One week in Easter and three weeks consecutively in Summer with 1 day holiday camps available during February, June and October half terms. We generally have a final showing of work for family and friends at the end of the week at 3:15pm.

£200 for a full week.
Half Term Only:
£45 a a day in St Albans. £40 a day in Ware.

Dancing
Dance sessions are exciting and supportive, encouraging every attendee, from dance class veterans to beginners, to get moving. Every week, we try different styles and techniques to create amazing routines for the big show.

Acting
We build confidence and have fun through group drama games and exercises, touching on a range of techniques from naturalism to improv, before creating a script around the unique personalities and talents of our casts that is then incorporated into the big show at the end of the week.

Singing
In singing, we focus on helping our casts find their voice and sing out! We use pop, musical theatre or folk to help tell the story of the final show, with spectacular group numbers and solo lines that let everyone shine.

WEEK ONE: Monday 27 - Friday 31 July 2026 ‘Top of the Pops’
Classic Pop, Brit Pop and K-Pop go head-to-head in an epic battle of the bands! Our camp attendees will create a brand-new musical in just five days, built around the theme and their own unique interests and talents. The show is performed at the end of the week at The Sandpit Theatre, where families and friends are invited to watch and tickets are free.
WEEK TWO: Monday 3 - Friday 7 August 2026 ‘There's Something About Broadway’
Revisit all the romance and comedy of your favourite Broadway hits! Our camp attendees will create a brand-new musical in just five days, built around the theme and their own unique interests and talents. The show is performed at the end of the week at The Sandpit Theatre, where families and friends are invited to watch and tickets are free.
WEEK THREE: Monday 10 - Friday 14 August 2026 ‘Class Act’
This week, we’ll be inspired by musicals set in the classroom, like School of Rock, High School Musical, Dear Evan Hansen and Matilda! Our camp attendees will create a brand-new musical in just five days, built around the theme and their own unique interests and talents. The show is performed at the end of the week at The Sandpit Theatre, where families and friends are invited to watch and tickets are free.
